Step 1: Email the mp3 file to your phone at @vzwpix.com, e.g. 8885551212@vzwpix.com

Step 2: When you receive the text while the tone is playing you press (right soft key)

Step 3: Save it <4. Save Sound>

Step 4: Set ringtone by selecting the right soft key "Set As" and choose <1. Set as Ringtone>

Step 5: Verify your selection and you are done.

Step 1: Save the m4r file to your computer desktop

Step 2: Open iTunes on your computer and add the m4r file to your library by dragging the file to the iTunes window or selecting "File/Add to Library" from the top menu bar

Step 3: Sync your iPhone with iTunes/Ringtones

Step 4: Select "Settings" icon on your iPhone

Step 5: Select "Sounds" then "Ringtone"

Step 6: Select your ringtone from "Custom" selections
